Every three months there is a time when SR is filled with unknown newbies or JA's. SR should do something to make them deserve SR. Say, maybe posting a few reveiws and a few post for a "trial membership" then if proven worthy of if they show potential and interest then allow them in if not, send them away.

I guess so, but to welcome people to the site, how about letting them start off with a nice GAD win. I do not mean me. Thankfully, I have won. But others...
