I have a big problem with Star Wars: Rogue Squadron 3D. The problem is the damn game will not play on my PC and every time i try to run the game i get the message; Fatal Error, could not initialize GSYS resourse manager.

My computer specs are as follows:
AMD Duron 950Mhz
256MB
64Mb GeForce 2 MX400
SoundBlaster 5.1
52x CD-Rom
15.2Gb HD
DirectX 9.0
Windows XP

I've tried everything from patching the blasted game to cracking it but it's still not helped, so have any of you guys got any ideas? Your help would really be appriciated.

How dare you! Star Wars games are cool. Rogue Squadron may not be one of the best games out there but at least it's better than others and also it's Star Wars!

your system was is VERY like my old one, which had rogue squadron, but the only thing i could see there that MIGHT be the problem is windows XP, seeing as rogue is ancient and crap.

Yes, it's on the PC and yes it's old but still a good game. I've tried all sorts to get it playing but it just doesn't want to, i've even tried the support on the lucasarts website but they haven't got back to me yet.

I'm just gonna keep trying though as i'll find out how to sort it soon enough, well hopefully.
