Huzzah, I've won GAD for a topic completely unrelated to games. First time. Anyways, you gaming type monkeys know about this sort of thing. I don't. I have a PC and a Game Boy Advance. Theres a good chance I may be getting a Playstation 2 for Christmas, cos it's one of the best value DVD players out there. Now, I need suggestions. Please. I'm considering asking if I can have a DVD, because they are cheaper than games and I prefer then. So, enlighten me.

Well Special Reserve are helping

OK Ok, just sell it 2nd hand and buy a dvd with that money and keep the change.

Get a PS2 game, and definitely get a PS2. It already has lots of top titles, with many more to come.
Get a PS2. It offers games as well. And add-ons are a bonus. But bummer about the controller for it is extra. Besides, if its for christmas, ask for the most expensive! I would.

There's no real DVDs I fancy, but a couple of games.
If not, cool,get a PS2 game.
Grand Theft Auto 3 rocks, Silent Hill 2, Soul Reaver 2 etc etc.
