Friday.
Silent Hill 2.

This is going to rock. I love the 1st one a lot. Made me and my mate frightened in our mid-twenties. Made us nervous and sweaty palmed, freaked us out lots.
And the PS2 version is out on Friday.
Castle Wolfenstein was supposed to be but got delayed.
That's ok though because Silent Hill 2 is coming.
At least, I think it's Silent Hill 2. Can't quite make it out.

I can hear the limbless sliding down the dark corridor as it gets near the shelves.
The metallic clang somewhere out of sight and the sobbing woman, an occasional baby cry in the distance.
I can detect the radio-crackle of it approaching, swinging wildly around in a pitch-black hallway.
I saw something run pasty with a massive THUMP but I didn't see what it was.
It's coming though, that much I can tell.
Not sure where from, just know it's dragging itself along the floor by it's hands, leaving a trail of viscera and a low moan as it gets here.

I thought I just saw it, but that was something outside the window of this place. It moved real fast and I think it had wings, just couldn't see from the fog and the darkness.
I heard a low, gutteral laugh and could swear I saw eyes over there in the corner, but it's just a child's pram on it's side with a wheel slowly turning with a creak creak creak.

I'd better not look behind me, because I know something is there. Might be what I am after, but I'm afraid to turn and look because it's massive and it's shadow is thrown over me.
Something is on the other side of the door, that much I do know.
It's tapping against the window, but it's clouded over and I can just see the shape. Odd shape, looks deformed.
Best not to go over there, that door might thump against it's hinges if I get too close.
But there is definately movement here.

Roll on Friday and Silent Hill 2.
For I know this will make me want the lights on and the mother to make the bad things stay in the closet.
