Firstly I would like to apologise to everyone I offended yesterday:
big_slow
Ant
MJswerve

and whoever else.

I would like to suggest ways in which to prevent silly arguments that are started.

When newbies join a member of the regulars should give a set of rules to that newbie.
these rules should include everything that annoys people. Stuff like spamming should be explained.

Being a newbie I have posted some stupid stuff and from the reaction I recieved I now regret it.

By reading a post by Winter yesterday (by the way I hope you sort things out and get better) I understand there is a time and place for stupidity.

If you just give me a chance we can have fun and get along.

I have now exorcised my demons and mended my ways. Lets live together in harmony.

If you have any comments on what I have said, they are greatly recieved (if it is not polite or nicely put do not bother replying)

I said it yesterday, you have the single best name I have seen on these forums yet, one that I wished I had thought of.

Donkey Punch, I salute you.

It is impractical for Regulars or Notables to give rules and regulations to every Newbie that signs up, simply because (a) there are so many of them, and (b) we don't always see them.

For example, some sign up only to post in the WWF forum, and therefore a lot of us don't even know they exist.

But apart from that, you are given an 'Acceptable Use Policy' when you sign up - which I bet very few people actually read. And if you don't read up on or pay attention to Special Reserves own regulations, what notice are you going to take of the rest of us, who are mere users?
