Unique games are the Gamecubes biggest selling point, but I'm happy to play Burnout and THPS, just cos they came from PS, I won't hold it against them.
I agree, it can be boring with some games, especially the cash ins, like the Harry Potter games, and some of the appaling Bond games (post Goldeneye of course), poor wrestling games etc.
Multi-format games have a place in the world of Nintendo. It attracts people used to playing franchises over from other consoles: they see Nintendo stuff (like Mario/Metroid/Zelda) but they also are still able to play games they played on their last system also.
And if developers finally get their act together and give GC gamers extras (well done to acclaim for Dakar 2's great link-up game) then it attracts people to buy the GC version of the game, which is good news indeed.
