You appear to not have the Windows Media Player browser plugin installed. Your browser may prompt you to install this if you select to use this media type. This may require the InstantPro Site Builder page to be reloaded and any unsaved work may be lost. You can still upload and use media that requires this missing plugin but you will not be able to preview or view the media on your site.
Windows Media Player Download (Optional).
The" Windows Media Player Download ( Optional) " is a blue hyperlink.
When I go on the hyperlink I get a freeola message saying that the site is unavailable because it no longer exists or has been moved.
Does anyone know what I need to download to get my site to accept wma files, or more specifically, have a website link to it? As far as I know I have the latest version of Windows Media Player so I don't know what the missing 'plug in' is.
Many thanks.

I've just tried a web site called 'Media Converter' (simple enough), which seems to work quite well and doesn't require that you install any software on your PC.
Seems like there is a queue for files to be converted however.
'Clicky'
I've just sent a reply out to your ticket. In order for your browser to play .wma files, it must have the correct codec/plug-in installed to understand the file.
As this is the case, you will be asked to ensure that you have suitable plug-ins available to you. From what you have described I think you are using Firefox, which does require an additional plug-in (I believe), I've given you some more information about this in my ticket response.
Otherwise converting the files to a more frequently encountered file-type might be a good bet, MP3, WAV or AAC files would be a good bet.
Not sure of any free music converting software, maybe somebody else will have something to suggest.
