It could be, I frequent the Edge Forums pretty much every day and apparently, WH Smith's have broken the release date and are selling Silent Hill 2 and Pro Evolution Soccer.

I am getting Pro Evo only I think. I claimed it as my GAD win *shudders at the thought of the GAD not arriving on time again*
