The Mushroom War
Buzzzzz, the mushclock went off, it chimed 8:00 am. Mario turned to
his side and hit the clock. He got up on his bunk, and jumped to the
floor. he turned at luigi, and shook him.
"come..on....get....up" Mario said in a sleepy voice. Luigi sat up fast, and got out of bed.
"..h.u.h..." he said in a dreary voice.
"today, the-a party.." Mario spoke.
"oh right!" Luigi said, running to the bathroom.
He closed the door, and got dressed. The phone started ringing, and
Mario walked over and picked it up.
"Mario Mario-a here" he asked.
"HELP! BOOM! DON'T DO IT! THE WORLD WILL END!" a person screamed, then hung up.
"what-a was that about?!?!?!?!" Mario questioned.
He walked up to the bathroom door and got Luigi, who was just walking
out.
"Something's wrong!" Mario yelled.
"What are you talking about?!" Luigi questioned, puzzled.
"I don't know, but-a we better leave soon"
Mario said, grabbing his red shirt, red cap, overalls and boots.
2 minutes later, Mario walked out. The two locked the house door and
left, headed for Toad Town. The two got in, and saw creatures running
around, chasing toads. There was many downed toads and blood almost
everywhere.
"What-a the hell is this?!?!?!" Mario yelled.
A toad crawled to him, half dead.
"You..too...late...." was all the toad could say before falling for the last time.
"Mario, Luigi, over here!!" a voice called to the brothers, they ran in the direction.
The two followed a guard down a flight of stairs, into some kind of
war room. A person in black sat at the head of the table.
The person called over the brothers, and handed them two things each.
"What's this?" Mario questioned, but to no responce. Mario looked
at the things for him, there was a sword and a shiny object.
"what is this stuff?" mario questioned again, he was replied with a
"the sword is to fight, this object you will find out later." He handed
Luigi the same items.
"You two will find many-a thing on this quest of war" he said,
then pointed for the brothers to leave.
The two walked out, but were attacked by the creatures. Mario put his sword to the test
and sliced the creature in half.
"nice-a move Mario" luigi chimed in.
"we've gotta defend this-a place! lets-a go!" Mario shouted, then ran
for more creatures.
