i really need help woth this as i cant buy any good weapons after you canget rifles and brands and stuff do you have to be a certain level to get them and what do ou do with a booma arm

The higher the level you are, the better the weapons you can equip.
You take the Booma's arm to the online quest called 'THe Unsealed Door' give it to Dr Montague and he turns it into a weapon for you.
