Ok hears a tricky one, am clearing out my direct debits (old unused ones) from my online banking, I see one for Entanet and one for freeola, I know Freeola is the new name for entanet now that you are billing in house, so can I safely delete the direct debit listed under Entanet.

Yes, your Direct Debit mandate would now have been switched to Freeola so that is the only one that will currently be in use for Freeola Broadband.
