Lucky (sort of) most of the times when you phone a customer service line they send you on a mission with millions of different numbers to call and awnser phones to contend with.

AGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH - should have my Gamecube and games now, but UPS are rubbish. Annoying knowing my stuff is lying in a depot not 30 miles from my house, and has been for around 18 hours now.
I'll not go into the complex details of why they are still there, but UPS will be getting (another) angry call in the morning - woman I talked to this evening was totally useless and the best she could do was ask me to call back in the morning.
