Ride the Dolphin:
Enter the Options menu and press the START, Z, and X Buttons to unlock the Password option. Enter the password DLPHNMOD. You can then ride through any Free Roam course on the Dolphin. The only Stunts available for the Dolphin are the Backflip, Left Barrel Roll, Right Barrel Roll, Long Dive, and Short Dive.
Enter the Tsunami Waves Secret Area:
In Free Roam mode in the Dolphin Park course, steer towards the large mountain out in the water ahead and to the left of start. Looking at the map (tap Control Pad), this secret area is in the very northwest corner. Use a Turbo Boost to get out to this area before the "Out of Course" timer expires.
Unlock the Weather Controls:
Getting third place unlocks weather for all Normal courses, second place unlocks weather for Hard and Normal courses, and first place unlocks weather for Expert, Hard, and Normal courses.
How do I change the color of my personal watercraft?
On the Rider Select screen, hold the Z Button to customize your watercraft. Press Up or Down to choose color, engine, and handling. Press Left or Right to change settings. The rider's name cannot be changed. In Multi-Player mode, the customization screen will appear after each player selects his or her rider.

Well why not wait until they put a GC section up? The GC isn't even released over here so chances are you have copied them from somewhere and posted them here where not many will be able to use them as they don't import consoles.
As I said in the Rogue Leader cheats you cannot put GC cheats in at UK Cheats because these's no where to put them.
