This post is for people who say games like Dead Or Alive 2 and other beat em ups, adn games in general will look adn be better on PS2! Thats a load of rubbish! Official X-Box Magazine interviewed Tomonobu Itagaki who was executive producer of Dead Or Alive 3!! Here is how the interview goes.. (to prove all PS2 lovers wrong!):
XBM: How have you found the technology during this process of developing the game DOA 3?
TI: The X-Box hardware is excellent to wrok with. It's powerful rather than easy. All areas of teh game benefit from the X-Box technology. It is powerful enough to handle everything at once. IN TERMS OF POWER, THE X-BOX SEEMS THREE TO FIVE TIMES MORE POWERFUL THAN THE PLAYSTATION 2!!!!
IT WOULD EB POSSIBLE TO CREATE THE SNOW LEVEL ON DOA 3 ON PS2, BUT NOT WITH THE OTHER THINGS, SUCH AS CHARACTERS AND ENVIRONMENT MOTION. IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE to have all those things featuring with the PS2 machine power.

It proves that PS2 is just not powerful enough! It may have the graphic power to create the snowy scenes and other scenes in DOA 3... but it does not have enough CPU or GPU power to have teh characters and moving environments aswell! The PS2 would not be able to cope... such a shame..he he he! The PS2 is weak!with gamecube comming out, PS2's power is drainign fast, no wonder why it is getting titles which arwe appearing on PC and other consoles, developers want a change! AND THAT CHANGE... IS THE POWERFUL... AMAZING...... X-BOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. the ps2 has been out for 1 year, the gamecube is not out yet , its unfair to compare them.
