The Charlatans "A man needs to be told"

Relaxed, floaty, steel lap-guitar, almost whispered lyrics and that "Do-do-do-do-dooooo" chorus bit.

What a beautiful song, just wanted to say that.

Goodbye Sky Harbour by Jimmy Eat World is a wonderfully constructed song... all 16 minutes of it. It starts off with three pleasant minutes of emo-standard-fare and then gradually, and i mean gradually, breaks it down until you can only hear the backing vocal of 'ooh' (except it is a beautiful sounding ooh, I just can't transcribe it) Then a drum loop kicks in and they remix the song to the ooh backing. You have to hear it to appreciate the geniusness of it.

Buy Clarity, top-notch stuff

Yeah the new one, haven't got it, never really been a fan of them.
But the 1st single was cool, and this one I must buy tomorrow.

It's just...so laid back and happy.
Excellent stuff.
