I have a basic blog on my webpage, but would like to add a blogroll.
Can I edit the page to allow the viewer to navigate to several external sites without having to add them to the other pages?

Or you could use the 'Site Footer' which works well for me :¬)

I am presuming you are talking about an InstantPro website.
Currently the only way to create a list of links is to create a specific links page. However if you wanted to display a list of links on some or all pages then you could achieve this by creating a skyscraper, using the editor to add a list of links and adding the skyscraper to which ever pages you wish.
