Physically yes, The PS2 is hard to develop for and serverly lacks in anti anlaysing where as the gamecube and Xbox correct both these issues and then some, Although the PS1 was the weakest of the last generation and look where that ended up, Developers are overcoming these problems and the PS2 has already won the console war so there you have it :-)
Though the news on PS3 being relesed early is freaking me out.
No i dont think the Play Station 2 is the worst third generational because it is a fact that the PLay Station2 is more powerful then the Game Cube because on paper the Game Cube works out the weakest with the X BOX the strongest but that means nothing now a days its all about the games with Metal Gear Solid 2 and all Metal Gear Slid games staying as Play Station 2 exclusives things are going Sonys way and the real test will be when the delightful Snowboarding game SSX Tricky will be uber tricking its way through all three consoles and that is where we will see the graphical different and as i said the worst generational console? nope this is the THIRD place
