Okay that's the crudest thing I've heard on the forums so far....

Or just e-mail the compant with your order and problem and I'm sure they'll let you do it through e-mail.

go into your INTERNET OPTIONS in your web browser, make sure the security settings allow cookies. if it does, then cookies are enabled, and you have another problem.
