Do what it says either activate cookies or delete all the cookies and restart the site.

go into your INTERNET OPTIONS in your web browser, make sure the security settings allow cookies. if it does, then cookies are enabled, and you have another problem.

I'd hope you've sorted this by now, but just in case.....
Close the browser completely , restart the pc, thats it.
