a) It's called the 'Phantom'. The dictionary definition of 'phantom' is as follows:
Something apparently seen, heard, or sensed, but having no physical reality; a ghost or an apparition.
Something elusive or delusive.
An image that appears only in the mind; an illusion.
Something dreaded or despised.
They might as well have called it the Bill Gates Fan Club.
b) They say on their website www.infiniumlabs.com that they'll be at E3, E3 doesn't list them as an exhibitor.
c) Bad timing. 3 next-gen consoles are now online or soon will be, by the time the launch the market will be pretty sewn up, not to mention the fact that PCs still offer a huge wealth of variety and quality to the PC gamer.

It's quite funny, as one of my friends is dead set on getting the Phantom and asked me if I was getting one :D
As the pics were computer generated and we are yet to see any real screenies, I expect all we'll get is computer-generated pictures. Until we see a proper picture, I'm treating this as a fake.
Still, reasonably clever that it can fool so many people :D
