Rathbone Place CEX rocks. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Tottenham Court Road one rocks too. Hounslow is the only shop where the staff don't give two shi...yes...about their customers. The only time they are decent is if Steve Dunn (may have seen him in the Tottenham Court Road one) is in there. The Kingston store is totally different to the Hounslow one...the guy in there took me to the bus station and waited with me until it came when I got my Japanese PS2 on release. Nobody had bought it, and I was kinda walking around Kingston at 7pm with a £300 PS2. It was mega dark then, so it was a kind gesture from the bloke. Still not taken my mouse back; they probably won't accept it now. :c( Oh well.
I've never had any bad experiences with cex, you must have caught them on a bad day.

I'm honestly very surprised, that's not my experience at all, I've been using the Rathbone Place store for close to ten years.
They've always been very knowledgable and honest with me (including talking me out of buying bad games!).

they're retro section is console only, not home computers.
Appears that New Age Consoles have moved from their pokey little shop in East Croydon.

The staffies were very unhelpful and the product doesn't work. I've now had two rows with the manager and my mum has had one.
