Can anyone tell me the technical short comings of the PAL version of Wipeout 64? I know it's a bit slower than the American version but how much slower? And does it have black boarders?

It's a fantastic version of the Wipeout series.
Comparable in fun to the PS2 version. Well actually, its better than the PS2 version!
