Consoles are getting better all the time, games are getting better all the time. At the moment we are using computers to create our characters in our games but I think in the future technology will allow real actors to be the characters in our games. So the characters won’t just look like the real thing they actually will be the real thing.
The weird thing is that films seem to be heading towards the absolute opposite to that. At the moment we are using real actors in our films, however films like ‘Final Fantasy’ seem set to change that. Soon enough, actors will have been run out of business thanks to the computers, which will help create artificial actors.
So far we haven’t seen one game with real actors playing the characters in our games, however the way and speed that technology is improving, I honestly believe that this is what the future has in store. Looking at something else is music; firstly the music its self is watching DJ music take over which involves no real musical instruments at all. With the exeption of the fight back of a few rock bands but as their fans grow older they will get into clubbing. Music videos such as ‘Red hot chilli peppers’ Californication’, ‘Daftpunk’ and many others are all done by computers and don’t actually show any real humans at all.

So what do you think?

I think games will be completely changed with real actors waving ‘Good-bye’ to the artificial intelligence. But computers will still be used for the games they will put the actors’ movements together but they won’t actually create the characters themselves.
