Somebody recommend me a good one of these.

I can't afford an IPod and I want to replace my NAPA DAV316 thingy as it got stolen. (Were they mad!?!?)

What one shall I go for?

Name good ones and bad ones so that I can submit the claim to the insurance for a replacement.

Thanks

My advice? Don't bother with them at all. Mine was heavy and didn't fit in any pockets. Had to have my bag with me whenever I wanted to take it with me. Also, you have to put something soft in your bag, like a jumper, to stop it from jumping and skipping and resetting the song every ten seconds. Literally, every ten seconds mine would skip whilst walking. Also, you spend all day charging it up and only get a few hours of life from it. Not like you can pop in a double A battery.

Seriously, don't waste your time with them, for the same price or even less you can get a great MP3 player which is tiny and can use memory cards to store loads of songs, songs you can change constantly instead of having to make a new CD each time. Get the one I have, the Beatman here at SR.

I've also got a Goodmans one, I got it from Argos and got it cheap because my rents have a loyalty card thing and got X amount of money off any purchase over a certain amount.

I've found this Philips (stupid name spelt wrong) one.

That's roughly the same specs as the one before except that it's far far nicer!

Then you got the cheap one, no rechargable battery though. Booo.

It's from these two.

I've got a Goodmans one, and it's alright, if pretty bulky and short on Battery life.
Thered was a Phillip's one that looked pretty good, and also a Ministry of Sound one that they sold in Argos.
I recommend you go have a look on the Argos website.
The best thing about my one is that it plays CDRWs, so you can have just one CD with about 150 songs on it, but you can change the tracks if you feel the need to, without buying new blank media.
