i was eagerly looking forward to seeing how great the launch titles were such as doa 3, oddworld, halo.....and from what i have read so far.......
only 1...yes 1 seems to have got a great review from gamespot.com
namely halo....but i didn't expect that to fail (it got 9.6)
but doa3....what happened there...from what i could tell they just spent too much time dressing up the graphics and not tuning the gameplay....so essentially it seems as though it's a nicer looking version of doa 2....
oddworld seems to only have got an okay score too....
and as for the other launch titles (this is for us) such as fuzion frenzy and nhl2002...well those don't really interest me...
there is still one review i am waiting for and that is project gotham.....hopefully that will be a must have title...
xbox i still have faith that you will do well...

what microsoft really wanted to do was to get the really top notch titles out.....to stun the world and to basically sit back and laugh at all the people who were complaining from the start.....

Im also rather disappointed with the launch titles - Dead or Alive 3 I had a lot of hope for as I did with Oddworld, but as a PS2 owner Im not that disapponted they wont appear on PS2.
Halo looks and sounds brilliant and I must admit it tempts me to get an X-Box just for that game but its not enough.
There are quite a few great looking games on the way but at the moment Im just not convinced!!

Every console disappoints in the early days. There's always too much expectation.
and the only must have was star wars rogue leader....which isn't my sort of thing either...
well from what i've heard (not sure whether it is true) the gc wasn't AS well received AS ANTICIPATED...
and also from gamespot from what i've seen there weren't that many MUST HAVES.....only a lot of very good games like the x box....

dissapointment, are you talking about the x-box? cos i think it is! it is soooooooooooooooo lame! gamecubes miles better!
