I was under the impression that Operation Flashpoint would be released on Xbox last August but after emailing them they say most probably this October so Mario Kart won't be out for a while yet. I hate it when they put the games early because if tis one you really want its hard to wait for it.
1st July is an estimate. You'll notice that a heap of other games are also listed for 1st July, or 1st August, etc.

1st of July seems a little early tbh. I'm expecting it to be released mid August - late September over here.
