The new game doesn't look as good s the one in the preveiw at spaceworld but has there ever been a rubbish zelda game??
You can't judge a game unless you play it or see it moving cause pictures don't really mean anything. Nintendo will probably bring anther Zelda game out any way because people thought it looked bad but we will have to wait and find out for the moment. See ya later dudes... Stephen williamson

I think it looks awesome - I like the new 'cartoony' look!! Ive said so many times before though, I dont care how it looks as long as it plays well which I have no doubts that it will!! As was said before - Has there ever been a bad Zelda game?

Moomins style?
Have you seen it running?
It sounds to me like you've just seen a couple of screenshots. In action, it's the smoothest game you'll see in both action and animation!

The old "Plastacine" look was pretty dodgy.
Imagine the whole game looking like that!

The world just wouldn't be alive.
Characters would just be interactive models and would lack proper character. The animation would be realistic and generally dull and uninspiring in comparison to the new cel shaded look.

Watch the footage and if you STILL don't like it then you really won't understand what a Zelda game is.

There's not much left to say.

Me, Ev][l-Dark and many others argued this topic to death long ago. Zelda will rock. Than you and goodnight!

I know the spaceworld sequence was pre rendered and not in game. My point was it would have been nice for the game to have that sort of style rather than the moomins style. Im not saying the game wont play well, but nintendo have got to use their brains a bit more if they want to stand a chance of outselling the ps2 and xbox. Now Starfox Adventures - Theres a good looking game.

People say that they prefer the old Spaceworld footage as opposed to the new cell shaded look. The only point they seem to miss is that that Spaceworld footage was a pre rendered sequence. Though it was nice to look at, it was not be in-game footage. Why? Well for starters Link throws his sheild away, which to me is a bit of a stupid idea when fighting a big guy like Gannon. Also the complexity of the fight sequence would make the game really hard to play. I think this sequence was quite misleading to some people. With the new cell shaded look for Zelda, there've now shown some in-game footage and it seems to run quite solidly, and looks very playable. I like this new look and think that the game will be another MASTERPIECE!

comparing zelda to the moomins! you are sad, ever heard the phrase "don't judge a book by it's cover!"? obviously not! and if anything the graphics look more realistic than Ocarina Of Time even, but i guess you would'nt see it that way would you?
And zelda is for ALL ages, and if anything i reckon that Majoras mask is way to hard for kids aged vetween 5-10 to complete dont you? so how the hell are they gonna be able to complete zelda GC? n e way thats just my views, who else agrees?

I seriously doubt that it will be a smaller game than Ocarina Of Time, if anything it will be twice as big!

I think the original spaceworld demo showed an opportunity to move on with Zelda by having large scale battles with big bosses, swords and shields and magic at play. The graphics were still cartoony but in an adult arcade way. Why they changed this I will never know. It now looks like an episode of the moomins. I dont mind the cartoon graphics of nintendo as long as they dont push it too much. But the new zelda is starting to look like the current batch of 5 to 10 years aimed cartoons

I think if people can give this game a chance it could be better than the original Zelda NGC idea. At the moment i can't really say that though because i havn't even played it. It's all theory.
