Just think about it. The greatest console ever. What would you have in it? What would you want it to do? What extras would you include? You could have the best graphics in the world with all the best games and it will be totally awesome. Here are my ideas on what it should be like and my thoughts on what it should include.

Graphics

The graphics would be better than any PC around and would completley blow your mind. They would be so realistic that you would believe that you are actually in reality and only realise that you are playing a console when it starts heating upi because of the amount of time you've played on it. The people would look and sound like real people and will having you drooling. The backgrounds would be stunning as the sun reflects of all different objects, casting realistic shadows over the setting. Grass and plants would sway in the cool breeze as rabbits scatter around, eating the grass.

Memory

It would have the memory of about 1000mb, four times the amount of an X-BOX and 8 times the power of a Playstation 2. It would have so much memory that you would be able to save games onto the machine instead of going out and having the splash the cash on a new memory card. It would also have the power to support internet, DVDS and any cd that you love listening to.

Design

The perfect console would have to be a bright colour like yellow or bright green, so it stands out but it would have a protection cover so it does not show any of those tea stains or melted chocolate which has found its way onto your computer. It would also be about the size of a Psone because they are easy to take around and take on holiday if you're preparing to get bored. A remote control would also be included which would include power buttons and anything else which you wouldfind on a console. There would also be a additional screen that you could attach to the computer in case you're TV has just pulled the plug. There would be 4 ports for the controllers to go in so you can get all your friends round on a Friday night. The power button would be on the front of the computer unlike the PS2 which will make it quicker to start up. Of course there would be a restart button and a eject button as well as a volume control in case your remote control has gone walkabouts.

Accessories

The controls would be easy to use unlike Nintendo 64. It would be set out like the playstation controllers and would include cushioning and comfort leather that would sit on the underside of the controller. The console would come with 2 contollers to start off with as well as power leads, a demo and a remote. The box that it comes in would have the logo on of the console and information of the specifications on the back.

Games

All games companies would be signed up to this console so that any game could appear on it. These could include Metal Gear 4 and Mario adventures(some ideas for the future). Some of these companies would range from Konami to BBC Multimedia so no one will be unhappy. Hopefully there are also some companies that are yet to be discovered that will make a differance to the games market.

Extra Accesories

Some additional accesories that would be available for this perfect games console would include a CD maker where you could design your own CD to listen to and a gizmo that would allow you to play all types of games on their from all the different computers that include CDS. So PCS, Dreamcast, Playstation 1 and 2 would all be available to play on this console. You would not miss out on the games that you love but can't afford £300 for a new computer alltogether. Internet speeds could also be upgraded aswell so you would be available to surf the net as fast as you want.

Well, this was my idea and it could be one for the future with the console market ever expanding. It is not impossible with all the technology that is being brought out these days. Lets hope!
