*Lance Storm’s music hits* Lance Storm (Mouldy Cheese) walks down to the ring, much to the disapproval of the crowd. He steps into the ring and grabs a microphone.
“Could I be serious for a moment?” The crowds’ booing echoes the arena. “If you would all please stand for the playing of the Canadian National Anthem.” On that note, Steve Blackman’s music hits much to Lance’s disgust. Steve Blackman (Ant) runs into the ring and then the bell rings.
Steve Blackman goes straight to the floor, repeatedly pounded by Lance Storm’s boot. Steve Blackman protects his face; the referee comes over and pulls an angry Lance away from Steve. Steve gets up and composes himself.
The two competitors circle each other before locking up in a tight grapple. Lance Storm grabs and twist’s Steve Blackman’s arm, only for Steve to counter by twisting Lance’s arm. Steve tightens his hold, the pain is showing on Lance’s face, he looks in agony and tries to grab the rope, he must really be in pain if he is trying to grab the ropes this early in the match.
Lance is down on the floor dazed, Steve goes over and picks up Lance and plants him in a Snap Suplex, Steve walks over to Lance’s right arm and puts him in an armbar. Lance howls in pain, his arm has taken quite a beating in this opening stage of the match. He pulls himself over to the ropes and grabs hold of them. Steve keeps the submission on for as long as he can before the referee finishes his count. Steve stares hard into the crowd while Lance recovers on the floor.
Lance shows no mercy and chases after him, he comes up behind him and grabs him by the neck, he takes him over to the staircase and slams his head into the staircase, but wait... Steve’s arm stops his head from bashing against the metal staircase. Lance tries again, but Steve blocks, Steve grabs Lance as reverses the move and bangs his head against the staircase.
Steve takes a few deep breaths and goes under the ring and pulls out a kendo stick, he then takes the stick and whacks it against his back several times. Lance’s back turned instantly red. He takes Lance into the ring with the kendo stick, he circles Lance, raises it, and.... the referee pulls the kendo stick off Steve Blackman. Steve is furious with the ref, but he shouldn’t be, if he had hit Lance with it, he would have been Disqualified.
While Steve is arguing with the ref, Lance takes a metal chain from inside his trunks and wraps it round his right hand. He gets up and turns Steve around, swings at him only for Steve Blackman to duck the punch, whip him into the ropes and karate kick him right in the face. and punches him right in the face, Lance falls down to the ground with a tremendous thud. Lance seems knocked out, the ref checks Lance, but Lance shows no sign of life. The ref calls for the bell, STEVE BLACKMAN WINS!! The ref raises his right hand and declares Steve the winner.
