I see your Service Status page has 3 closed items regarding: "Websites Displaying Slowly" today.
Was this issue 'ADSL related' i.e. viewing websites or connected with 'Standard Hosting' or 'VIP Hosting' ?

I'm not sure about the free hosting but the VIP and InstantPro hosting was affected due to a bandwidth issue, which was sorted ASAP. As far as I'm aware the issues had nothing to do with ADSL speeds.
