Now you mention it I see the URL is different. I would have thought that they would have kept with the old one. But this is working better for me than it has in a long time.
Oh yes Sibs, I had quite the laugh when I realised that you'd posted the same message 10 times. I laughed even harder when I read the apology - I thought you were a spammer. It was damn hard to get on these forums yesterday. I tried at my house and I went to my cousins and tried it around theirs. It was the same. I expected this, as it was not our phone lines, but their computers. I've had a few times today where it's timed out etc but it seems fine nonetheless. I was able to sneak in a review last night (by using the refresh key profusley), so you never know! Oh, by the way, a note for Special Reserve staff, my Filmaday DVD (Hannibal) arrived on Saturday morning. Thanks again. Firebalt.
http://ukchatforums.reserve.co.uk/ is the address to the Server which is in use now, the vic20 is the older system, and though it still works, will be removed when all the DNS have been set to use the new Server.
I had the same problem. For me vic20 server is working fine, but no-one is there. This server is coming up with errors everytime I try to load a page or post (hence the 10 or so of he same topic of mine here... Again I am VERY sorry about that). I dunno if no-one else is having problems on this server and everyone else is having trouble with the vic20 server or what, it is pretty confusing anyway.
Again very sorry about the 10 or so of the same topic I posted, but I didn't think they had posted, cos everytime I clicked post the page came up eith a windows error thing, so I clicked back and then post again, and kept trying this till it worked, but then I found there were tons or em!
