"Pokemon pokedex thingy"

Couple of monthes ago I was searching through and found a pokedex thingy which had a pull-down bar and you could select any of the 251 pokemon and when you pick one, it lists where they could be caught, which versions, and most importantly, their moves list.

Now, I search through the web and cannot find this site... does anyone know the link to this site? OR know any site that has this pokedex thingy?

There is this feature in pokemon stadium, I don't know whether or not it was included in pokemon stadium gold/silver

Pokémon.com used to have one of them not sure if they still do

You could buy the Pokémon Monsters guide (Prima Official version) as it has all this information and more in it.
