My PS2 is broken, it scratches the centre of all the games that I play.
Like yesterday, I put Age Of Empires 2 in and it didnt go straight to the game, it showed the Browser and System Configuration menu, I waited a while but it still would'nt enter, I clicked on Browser and it was reading disc. After 10 seconds it said Disc Read Error.

I took it out studied the disc and there are minor scratches in the middle of it, I wiped with tissue tried it again but again it faitfully said in BIG and BOLD letters Disc Read Error.

Afterwards I tried Metal Gear Solid 2 and it worked perfectly.
I remembered this before with The Sims and Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis.

Today I tried it again 3 times, luckily the third attempt worked but im worried it is going to scratch more of my beloved games.
If you know what I should can you tell me please because I am thinking of taking it back and buying a new one.

Can't you see a cry for attention when it kicks you in the nads?

It just wants a bit of fuss, buy it a nice hat, give it a few beers and order a pizza, let it play a nice porno DVD every so often.

It needs nothing but a sense of it's own smug shinyness.
