Just so you know, if you complete the game then you gets a game-exclusive trailer for The Matrix:Revolutions.
It's different to the one showing after Reloaded.

But will the game be worth completing? I'm not sure. As far as I know they're going to release it without giving the magazines a chance to review it. Always a bad sign.

True.
If I get it it'll be the PC version.

It could just be another example of hyped up style over decent gaming substance.

Oh look, it's a game set in the Matrix universe, forget about whether it has good gameplay as long as you can do stupid Kung Fu and bullet-time the Matrix hungry saps will buy it in their droves.

I hope it's a good game, but we'll have to wait for some reviews.

Being a huge Matrix fan, Im not to impressed by the game at the moment, always hoped a good developer would take the game on. Even though these guys seem to be doing a great job with the bullet time, its not the only thing thats going to sell the game to me.
I want great gaming experience worthy of being associated with the Matrix. It looks alright, some videos I've seen of the bullet time look great. Saying it's being released before magazines get a chance to review it is always a bad sign. But then, Id expect people who like the Matrix will buy it anyway, at around £30 (online store), its worth it for Matrix style action and added movie footage for both Reloaded and Revolutions.
It was always interesting to hear that they were blending the movie with the game and that they would both revolve around each other, but I think this is all the games has had to go on and its hoping it'll do the business for them.
Lets just hope its a decent game...

Did I read somewhere that it's amassed 4 million pre-sales worldwide.... if so, it's already a huge success regardless of whether it's any good or not.

I think I may join Goatboy in re-installing Max Payne because I've just read a view from someone who has the game on the PCGamer forums, and things don't sound that impressive.

For starters you can't change the resolution of the graphics to a higher detail setting, which means blocky graphics regardless of what graphics card you have, there's no easy way to aim your weapon since there's no crosshair to aim with and the controls are supposedly cumbersome and awkward.

Of course, the guy didn't go in to specific detail on the game, and I'll certainly wait for some proper reviews before I decide it's a game I want, but right now I think I'll spend my £30 I was going to buy that game with on some DVD's instead.

The coolest ISP ever!
In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
