Is it possible to leave a copy of an email on the freeola server as the email address is an enquiries email and more than one person needs to be able to view the emails on outlook.

I would also recommend using the option to 'remove after x days' so that you don't possibly cause space problems eventually.
Also in the past, after a mail server problem where Freeola regenerated old messages it caused months of duplicate emails to be generated for another user that only used the 'leave a copy' option which I remember caused them a lot of problems!
