If anyone is still having trouble logging on to the system, we (me and Tyla) have found a way in.
When you go into the chat, though you cannot log on you can still edit your details.
If you change your password, and then close out and log on again, you get straight in.
I don;t know if this is an acrual bug or just a glitch from the changeover, or if that the servers were coincidentally fixed at the time me and Tyla logged on, but it worked for us.
