Pros and Cons of GTA3 on the PC:
Cons:
It's not out yet.
Fiddly buttons combos to get it to do the things you want.
The new gfx card you'll need to see it in all its glory will probably cost you the same as a PS2 anyhow.
Pros:
If you have a MegaTurbo Accelerated PC with a WowICEverything SupaSouped GFX Card with 8 zillion MB RAM and a 60 gigillion GB HDD, keyboard and mouse, with a Sony 46" widescreen BlimeyThatsHuge FST Monitor, it'll probably look quite good.

Try waiting about 12 years until you're old enough to buy it, I think.

I got GTA3 on Wednesday and no other game has got close to my PS2. It is one of the best games I have ever played.

You might want to check with SR... But I've been lead to believe that the PC release of GTA3 is still another couple of months off yet?...
