I'm new here and just hope that this problem is not too stupid to be posted.

I was just wondering whether this has happened to anyone else - I just bought PSM2 and to my great surprise, the demo disc was the old one!!!

I mean, the magazine is right, the last number (16, I think, don't have it here right now), the dvd box is right (no 12 I think), but the disc itself is the one that they had with the previous issue (no 11)!

So, I'm confused as how they could've possibly put disc no. 11 into box no 12??? After all, the disc is a part of the purchase I make and I already have this disc since I bought the last issue...

If anyone having the same problem cares to respond and share the idea of how to get the right thing ASAP, I'd appreciate it.

Sure I'm gonna call PSM2, too.

What about taking it back to the place where you bought it from.....unless your subscribed in which case yeah you will have to contact them direct.

If it was from a newsagents then I don't see the problem, just take it back and tell 'em the problem.

Good luck

thnx guys,

I sort of doubted to turn to the store, cause the disc is packed with the magazine and there's really no way it could've been their fault, right?

So I called the magazine and they were kind enough to promise to send me a new disc. Let's just hope they will...

Very pleased with the help given by your staff. They explained technical details in an easy way and were patient when providing information to a non expert like me.
