Sorry for this topic but I need urgent help.
I used to be with freeserve yada yada yada
And now I want to unregister. But, I sent them an e-mail containing my details then they replayed and said basically that yes, you are unregistered.
Fine that’s great BUT. I got my phone bill through today and they have bloody charged me for another quarter. This quarter coming up. Right I said. But, I have lost their e-mail etc etc
So what I’m asking is if any of you could give me and e-mail to contact them or a phone number. But not a 60p a Minute stuff. Just a local call charges apply one.
Please help me, I need to cancel my account!

You need to select 'Help' or 'Contact'? from the pull down bar on the pages title bar...
Either way you can navigate to a contact page which contains, amongst other things, a link to a help form...
They genreally take about 24Hrs, but they do reply
