Same has happened to me TWICE already.

its because of sr's server changed, they did warn us.
ive lost a long post i did on meet the parents, and a few replys i made to other peoples topics, and some replies to mine are gone.

It would have got deleted when SR changed over to the new servers this morning.
There was a warning each time you entered a post, all day yesterday.
