i have a virus on my pc and i can not get rid of it. can you help? i will explane.
i have a virus in my C:/_RESTORE/ACHIVE. it is in a cabinet file. i can't delete it because it says "this file is in use" i have tried changing file extentions and all that but you get the same message. i have tried in dos and i have tried using ctrl + alt +del and that dos not work. my anti virus can not delete it either for the same resones. does anyone know how to delete a .cab file with troj_newpic.a in it? please help!!!!!!

dont work to delete it through dos promt. it says access denied. does this mean i have to use real dos?
if so how do you get into dos using windows me, there is no "restart this computer in dos on it"?

Restart you computer in DOS and delete it from there.
