I Know I must type "-developer" after the maxpayne.exe, but it isnt working- I am doing something wrong- my maxpayne.exe is just an icon that says "maxpayne"
Obviously my pathetic way of thinking is working- is anyone willing to post a step by step process to help me twith making max payne use cheats?

Right, on your max payne icon on your desktop right click on it and go to properties. Now where it says Target, C:\ProgramFiles\MaxPayne\maxpayne.exe etc... simply add -developer, like so C:\ProgramFiles\MaxPayne\maxpayne.exe -developer, making sure you leave a space between the two, now during the game press F12 (you may have to press it twice) and your cheating away.
