I suggest all PC owners find themselves a job. Christmas may be around the corner but there are so many must have games that are due for release after that big day and won't be in your christmas shopping.

Castle Wolfenstein is the number one must get game on my list. This game looks absolutely incredible. The story will surely expand on the original Wolfenstein with actual objectives rather than getting keys and with much more stunning graphic. The first one was a brilliant game and this will be a brilliant game. I'm looking foward to this game more than anything. The guns in the multiplayer version test they released were amazing especially the flamethrower which quickly spreads hot fire in all directions filling rooms with amazing visuals. The flamethrower was especially fun when you fired into pillboxes killing everything inside. It was quite mad when you were sitting in there and then heard the burning of napalm! It was also great fun seeing grenades being lobbed into your pillbox or saw the spot on which an airstrike was about to be carried out. Run for your lives!

I can't wait for the full version of this game. I could play it's multiplayer forever! And luckily it's out in November so it's going into my stocking! Yes!

C & C Renegade is apparently due for release anywhere between October and February. It's about time this game made it's way into a 3D first person mode. It may not be a real time strategy but I have high hopes for this game. Screens and previews show that it's like you are one of hundreds of infantry inside the action zone rather than looking from above. Mission objectives galore as GDI take on NOD once more. Stick in surely what will be amazing futuristic games this game is one to watch.

GTA 3 may have just been released on the PS2 but PC gamers will have to wait till March to play this game. Non-PS2 owners will probably like me be almost certain this game will be a winner after its response from PS2 owners who particularly on this forum can't stop talking about it. I'm certainly looking foward to running down pedestrians and drive by shootings - it's just a shame I'm going to have to wait so long for it.

Die Hard is expected in December apparently and I hope so. It's getting the 3D look it deserves. Screenshots look amazing. Yet another 3D shooter I can't wait to handle. It may not look like it will exactly follow the film but as long as it's good to play I don't really care!

Medal of Honour: Allied Assault due in November I hope. We've played those special missions as Jimmy Patterson on the Playstation (well many of us might have) and it's time to go one step foward to the PC! And this game looks a dream with it's realistic image of World War 2 and a step foward from special missions to actual war itself. It looks set to be better than Operation Flashpoint in my opinion. It has a beach scene uncanningly similar to Saving Private Ryan's but I think this will deliver the goods to those fans who have been wanting to experience the beach landing scene ever since that film was released. Bombs exploding everywhere the rattling of fellow soldiers guns, blood filling the waters of the sea, pill boxes and realistic weaponry from the times. A game I am definitely buying or getting for christmas. I just hope it comes soon it looks fantastic! It will be as good as Operation Flashpoint but from what I can see will be more bloody and have better visuals and probably less focus on the strategy side of war.

Then there is Ghost Recon coming soon which looks like yet another Operation Flashpoint quality game including dedicated multiplayer maps including the freeing of hostages a la Counter-strike.

And finally but not least Soldier of Fortune 2 out around March. Soldier of Fortune 1 was really good and this game looks set to be even better.

As I said you better get saving it's going to cost you around £210 to get the lot of them.

Quality does come at a price though....
