Okay i give up you guys have beaten me i cannot load my web site correctly even though i can view in preview on my web browser I believe this is done deliberately to make us pay more to use your website pro program i have followed the instructions you have sent me exactly but still it will not load or show up correctly. I have tried telephoning you from Saudi . But cannot access you number 871 210 9977
If i use your web pro templates what guarantee do i have that they will accept my input since i have signed up for your VIP i thought this would give my more assistance but apparently not.
1) ? can i cancel my webite builder pro as soon as i finish my web site and just carry on with my VIP setup
2) ? if this does not work will you refund my money as your service is anything but easy to follow
3)? If i am still not happy with your serivce who can i complain to officially about this as you advertise an easy to follow setup with good service

Assuming the site you are referring to is the one in your MyFreeola account, it is currently displaying without an issue. However the links are 404ing like you say.

I can see from your account you have already contacted our Support team regarding this issue, and was advised on how to resolve it. The reason your links are not working is because they are coded incorrectly.

For example:

The 'About Us' link is looking for a page called 'about us.htm'. No such page exists on the server, I can however see a page you have uploaded called 'Aboutus.htm' to which I presume you are trying to link.

In order to resolve this you will need to match up the scripting of these links to look for the files exactly as they appear on the server (in both spelling, spacing and case) or vice-versa. So in this case, you would rename the link that currently reads /about us.htm to /Aboutus.htm.

If you follow this advice for the other links on the page you will have no further issues.

The 404 error is due to the named page not being found.

So it sounds like either the failing pages are in the wrong place or not present, or the links are incorrectly formed.

I'm assuming you've put your index in HTDOCS along with all the other pages via FTP? If you are putting the other pages in a sub directory then the directory also needs to be in place within HTDOCS and the links correctly formed to reference it.

If you can supply the address of your website that would help.

EDIT: ...and welcome to the Freeola forums! :¬)
