Come on nitendo, just let it die!
FF:CC has a GBa counter part, they didn't seem to have any problems with that.
I'm sorry, but to not have something like this soon is inexcusible.

Paper Mario was excellent. I think it'd be a great idea.
Game Freak could work in union with Camelot to produce two excellent titles.
Hmm... There's a hell of alot of potential in this.

That is an excellent idea...
Maybe it's just to big for Nintendo to do... after all they don't make those sorta games and Game Freak are in charge of GB games only.
On the other hand perhaps Camelot (now Nintendo first party) should get involved... after all they make damn good RPG's.
Remember Meoth's Birthday bash or whatever it was?
Quick demo showing Pokemon on the Gamecube, loads of people get excited. And then nothing.
Some more GBA games are released, still no sign of the Gamecube version. And then we get loads.
I reckon Nintendo waited. The initial batch of Gamecubes would be sold, and then at E3 you more interest is put into the console. It's an obvious choice.
But hey, I'm most probably wrong.
More Gamecubes, GBA's and Link cables sold.
Where's the problem?
How about this, instead of Ruby and Sapphire; you have Pokemon GC and Pokemon Advance.
You have 200 Pokemon on Advance, and 200 on GC.
And of course, to get all 350 odd you would need to have both and link up.
And voila, instantly you have millions of happy gamers, and millions of £££ in the bank.
Maybe Nintendo should release a 3D Pokemon game regarding Pokemon red or blue...
But the GBA adventures should be ahead of the Cube incarnations.
