I got Star Wars Episode 1 on DVD for my FAD prize about 3 days ago, and I watched the movie, deleted scenes and the documentary, and it was all fine.

Half an hour ago I watched some of the movie with commentary. Apaarently though, I can't hear producer Rick McCallum, or the sound effect supervisor. It says their name at the top which means they're saying something, and the movie is still quiet, but I can't hear anyone talking. I can hear George Lucas and a couple of other people fine, but as I've said, I can't hear the others. Is anyone else having this problem?

I know it's not SR's fault, I was just wondering if this is actually a mucked up DVD, or are all like it...

Thanks for reading, Ant.

Ermmm.
Could It be that you are using the PS2 DVD to watch it??
It does have problem's as I've found out with mine. Because the disk has so much information the PS2 doesn't know what to do, so It usually freezes (When I viewed the picture gallery, It did).

If you aren't using a PS2DVD and as for a remedy to your problem, It could be Stereo issues.
Try the following:

Go to your Sound set-up, on disk and change the sound settings from stereo to mono. As (I have also found out) Rick Mac Callum et all appear in different sound frequencies. George Lucas appears in centre mode, Mc Callum in Left 'I think' and the others would be right. That could be the problem, It looks as If your Stereo Is messed up.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Excellent support service!
I have always found the support staff to provide an excellent service on every occasion I've called.
