No... it's Nintendo just developing software... showing off what it could do. It isn't really worth a full game so it won't get sold... it maybe incorperated into the next Animal crossing or something.

Or it may just be an excuse to stick your face on a silly character and do the funky gibbon with some Pikmin.

Nintendo can play pranks... Like letting Rare develop Starfox.
