to get the guy to his job interview you have to go inside the dragon's roost island and go to the letter sorting office keep sorting letters until yourtarget is 25 in the time limit when you complete this goal he dissappears then later you meet him up and get some special item(possibly a heart piece) from him for helping him chack on www.gamefaqs.com if you cant do it from this
