We all know Cockney rhyming slang, I don't need to explain to you what it is, eg Apples and Pairs = Stairs
And some of you may be aware of a slight variation, Popney rhyming slang, in which the names of pop stars are used, eg Britney Spears = Beers.
Well I'm the stupid fool with some spare time to come up with gameney rhyming slang.
Please forgive me, but I could be writing songs!
Metal Gear = Queer: That Meka_Dragon looks a bit Metal.
Mario Bros = Toss: I really couldn't give a Mario.
Spyro = Giro: I'll meet you down the pub after I've cashed my Spyro.
Lara Croft = Soft: Yuk! I can't eat this biscuit, it's gone Lara!
Donkey Kong = Wrong: Aarg! It's all gone Donkey!
Banjo Tooie = Gooey: I just put my hand into something really Banjo!
Silent Hill = The Old Bill: Look out, here come the Silent.
Sonic The Hedgehog = Log: Excuse me, I must go to the loo to lay a Sonic.
Metroid Prime = Crime: It's not like it's a Metroid or anything!
Max Payne = Rain: Looks like it's going to Max.
I really think that that's enough....
