No, You'll have to wait for Matrix Online. That said I did read in a PS2 mag that you can use the Hack The Matrix feature to unlock 2-player games, not sure whether you can on the PC version though.
Just wondered though if you can do that jump in the air and multiple kick people like neo did in the first matrix film?
