Alt + Left Arrow goes back
Alt + right arrow goes forward

You can see what shortcut keys perform a particular action by finding that particular action in the menu and seeing what shortcut keys are to the right of it in the menu.

eg. Click the View menu, point to Go To, and see what it says next to the Back option, and the Forward option.

Edit: While IE7 is open and focused, press F1 to bring up Help. Click the Search tab and enter "keyboard shortcuts" into the Search field and press Enter. "Using Internet Explorer keyboard shortcuts" should be the last item in the list of results. Click it, then click Display.

Awesome. I'll probably start using the tabs one.

Nothing for page forward, page back?

Well, for IE7 (I think):

Keyboard shortcuts
Open links in a new tab in the background CTRL+click
Open links in a new tab in the foreground CTRL+SHIFT+click
Open a new tab in the foreground CTRL+T
Open a new tab from the Address bar ALT+ENTER
Open a new tab from the search box ALT+ENTER
Open Quick Tabs (thumbnail view) CTRL+Q
Switch between tabs CTRL+TAB/CTRL+SHIFT+TAB
Switch to a specific tab number CTRL+n (n can be 1-8)
Switch to the last tab CTRL+9
Close current tab CTRL+W
Close all tabs ALT+F4
Close other tabs CTRL+ALT+F4

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Impressive control panel
I have to say that I'm impressed with the features available having logged on... Loads of info - excellent.
