Running back and forth with my laptop touchpad when I don't have the mouse in get on my nips.
Alt + right arrow goes forward
You can see what shortcut keys perform a particular action by finding that particular action in the menu and seeing what shortcut keys are to the right of it in the menu.
eg. Click the View menu, point to Go To, and see what it says next to the Back option, and the Forward option.
Edit: While IE7 is open and focused, press F1 to bring up Help. Click the Search tab and enter "keyboard shortcuts" into the Search field and press Enter. "Using Internet Explorer keyboard shortcuts" should be the last item in the list of results. Click it, then click Display.
